Half a century of titanium bar

TSI Titanium has been a highly respected supplier of titanium rolled and forged products since 1975. For more than half a century, the mill in Derry, Pennsylvania has set the standard in quality titanium bar solutions, serving aerospace, medical, and commercial markets with uncompromising performance.

Across a manufacturing footprint of over 125,000 square feet, TSI forges, rolls, conditions, heat treats, peels, polishes, cuts and finishes specialty grades of titanium. The operation is laser focused on reliable supply and industry leading product availability, with customization of product sizes and quantities down to single-bar requirements.

Inside STS Metals, TSI Titanium is the group's round bar backbone: an open die press and a hand mill for round bar, Nadcap accredited heat treating and non-destructive testing, and approvals with Boeing, Northrop Grumman, Collins, and Lockheed Martin. Lead times run 10 to 16 weeks, industry best, and TSI can convert obsolete raw material.
