Top tier since 1968

Brown Pacific was established in 1968 as a top tier producer of stainless, high nickel, and high temperature alloy wire and bar. Primarily servicing the aerospace fastener market, Brown Pacific manufactures product to the tight mechanical and dimensional specifications required by our customers.

Nearly 50,000 square feet of manufacturing space in Santa Fe Springs, California holds the capability to draw, shave, chem-mill, plate, heat treat, straighten, cut, finish and test specialty grades of stainless and nickel-based materials. Every order is tested in Brown Pacific's lab for required mechanical properties, with multiple checks throughout the manufacturing process, and a January 2025 expansion added capabilities and capacity.

Inside STS Metals, Brown Pacific anchors the group's coil spine: source coil drawn, milled, and coated into hi-temp, nickel, stainless, and alloy steel wire and bar. Its approvals for significant aerospace primes, including Boeing, Northrop Grumman, Collins, and Lockheed Martin, are the kind that feature a limited list of suppliers and require significant technical oversight.
